Set the bar high today

...and on the way there, hit pretty much most of life’s niggling obstacles; strike action and roads blocked, no change for parking, wrong shoes for walking, trousers far too tight (signed up for first PT session tomorrow), ear ache, bird shit on my bag and no time to go to the loo 🚽 before a 2 hour meeting ...got through it. I think.
